Deleted 15000+ records in shopify refresh isn't syncing

I followed the direction for bulk deletion from this site, when I look at admin/redirects there are 0 results, but in Transportr I still have 15000 results.

I have refreshed from Shopify multiple times and still have all of the records present.

How do I proceed from here?
