Unable to upload google 404 log
Hi I am on the 3 day trial and I have not been able to import my google log. I first tried to just connect my google webmaster account and thought this would automatically import my 404 log, but that didn't happen. I am now trying to import the CSV and I am following the directions but it is not working. How can I get some help for this? My tria is going to expire in one day and I have not been able to use this app to figure out if I want to keep it or not.

Hello... we have Transportr installed on our shopify store bellalunatoys.com. We had been using the app and love it, but now we suddenly cannot open it. It's critical that we get into the app because we just migrated to shopify and there are still a lot of 404 redirects that need to be handled. Please advise.
