301`s passing through a Transportr url before going to correct url

I have been doing a bunch of work for a client moving sites over to Shopify... so when I saw your plugin I was relieved as creating thousands of 301's manually was not something I wanted to do. However I only just discovered that the 301`s do a redirect through a transportr url first and then onto the correct url... my worry is that search engines only pass page rankings and other relevant data through a single redirection hop. Using unnecessary redirects can have a negative impact on page ranking.
So with it 301 redirecting to a transportr url first and then onto the correct url I am worried what we could lose everything!!

not working

I set up a redirect but it still opens the old page.

Is there anywy to get an email notification when new 404s are recorded

Hi - other redirect software I have used sends a daily email when there are 404s to check - is this an option with transportr?

Deleting a zombie redirect

I created a redirect using transportr.io.
I then made the mistake of deleting it using the Shopify URL redirect interface.
Now I've got a zombie redirect, which remains in the transportr.io redirect interface:
/products/floral-one-shoulder-dress-106187886.php
I try to delete it using the transportr.io redirect interface. It gives a message "URL redirect was deleted", but doesn't delete the URL.
How can I delete this please?

Will these redirects work?

Hi, I want to redirect my old store to my new Shopify store. The old store address is http://www.mystore.com. The new store address is http://shop.mystore.com. How do I need to create those redirects in the file? I see that the file template assumes the information before the / is the same domain for both the old address and new address. If I use the entire domain for both columns, will that work? Do I need to include the http:// in front of that? Otherwise, how would I do it?

CSV upload broken

I think the CSV upload is broken at the moment. When I upload a valid CSV file I get an error message "File must be a CSV". When I upload the example "redirect-sample.csv" file, I get the same error.
