We deleted a redirect that we no longer needed redirected and are now receiving a message that reads

Hi Transportr,
We're upgrading our theme and the collections and product urls will be changing - I want to prep the .csv file to upload all the redirects - silly questions - can I have path and target in two separate columns and upload this rather than have to separate path and target by a comma? - It's going to be quicker for me to compile the csv if I can copy paste the target url into a new column rather than add it to each row after the path individually - I'm probably missing something here - please enlighten me.

When I am importing the redirects, the import got stuck at 11% and its been 3 hrs its still 11%. How can I stop the process and restart?

I have a page for a product that is discontinued. The page continues to log 404's dating back to February. Will this page ever purge itself or anything to that effect? Thank you for any insight

When I try to Activate connection with Google I get:
Google Authenitcation Failed
We we're unable to authenticate your request.

I just did a bulk upload of a few thousands redirects, but the result says that only about half of them succeeded.
