CSV upload

CSV format

I have an old product url is http://www.mywebsite.com/oldproduct.html, new product url is http://www.mywebsite.com/newproduct.html . Is the csv format correct:
path
www.mywebsite.com/oldproduct.html
target
http://www.mywebsite.com/newproduct.html

Issues with Uploading CSV

I have been using the system for more than a month uploading csv files no problems. Today I have tried 3 different csv files and none of them are being uploaded. Please help - thank you!

2nd domain redirect

I have purchase the company and I want to redirect there traffic to our main website. I want to retain the 2nd domain domain name. Can do this type of redirect:
www.otherdomain.com/fish to my domain chartingnature.com/fish?

Transportr App Error - Non Responsive

We are attempting to set up redirects on one of our client's accounts through the Transportr app, however when clicking on the app through a Shopify site, we seem to be just seeing a blank screen rather than any set up options.
