404 Log Counts Do Not Match

On the dashboard it says:
404 Logs: 96
If I click the 96, it takes me to the 404 Logs tab, where there is only 1 404 log showing.
There is constantly a discrepancy, and if we do have close to 100 404 logs, how can I find them to fix them?
