Installed Transportr but nothing logged or redirected

I have installed Transportr for my client last week and set email alerts to go to me. I have not received any. When I check the dashboard there are no 4040 logs and no redirects. Google Search console shows 1,893 404s. I cannot see anything more I need to set up?

Issues with Uploading CSV

I have been using the system for more than a month uploading csv files no problems. Today I have tried 3 different csv files and none of them are being uploaded. Please help - thank you!

CSV upload

Hi - I'v just downloaded the app and trying to import a CSV file and it just twirls on the upload not getting anywhere. Thanks, Kate

getting "upload limited to 25,000 redirects" error

i originally tried to upload a .csv file with 36,000 redirects, got this error, then fixed file to have 17,000 redirects, but i'm still getting same error. created a whole new .csv file with 17,000 redirects and still getting this error. what to do??

404 Log Counts Do Not Match

On the dashboard it says:
404 Logs: 96

Issue in Bulk Uploading URLS

When I m uploading a sheet it is giving the folliwing error.

Secure and non secure destination URL

it looks like links we redirect are going to the secure and non secure version of the site, even though only one redirect is in place. This seems to be causing redirect chains which are undermining our SEO efforts. Can you advise how we can address this concern by only going to a single version of the site?

Can't Switch Google Webmaster URL

We updated our Shopify site to HTTPS, and subsequently, changed our Google Webmaster URL for it.

Failed redirects

Hi there,
We are using transportr in 2 of our shopify stores. We ran 2 CSV imports on the stores and some of the records imported while others failed. Below is an example of the errors we get:

Moving URL Redirects from magento to shopify

I'm moving from shopify to magento and have over 12000 custom url redirects. I need help doing this, installed transportr, but cannot get in touch with support on this issue. I'd appreciate some help if you've had this issue or have advice, I am willing to pay and can be reached at chike (at) estella-nyc (dot) com.
