I followed the direction for bulk deletion from this site, when I look at admin/redirects there are 0 results, but in Transportr I still have 15000 results.

When I try to login through my Shopify App, on two different stores, I am just getting a grey screen.

I have installed Transportr for my client last week and set email alerts to go to me. I have not received any. When I check the dashboard there are no 4040 logs and no redirects. Google Search console shows 1,893 404s. I cannot see anything more I need to set up?

My website address is hosted with 1&1. I have submitted a new sitemap with google. The home page is working. I need to put redirects in place for each page of the old sitemap but I don't know how to do it nor do I know where to get a CSV file from the old sitemap. How do you put a 301 redirect in place.. really no idea what to do

We used to had a lot of products and we need more than 25,000 redirects imported, I am about half way but I get the error: CSV Uploads are limited to 25,000 redirects

Can you redirect a URL and have a URL tracking parameter on it and the tracking still work?

Hi I am on the 3 day trial and I have not been able to import my google log. I first tried to just connect my google webmaster account and thought this would automatically import my 404 log, but that didn't happen. I am now trying to import the CSV and I am following the directions but it is not working. How can I get some help for this? My tria is going to expire in one day and I have not been able to use this app to figure out if I want to keep it or not.

I have never done anything like this do you have a step by step video or directions you could share so I don't mess it up?
