404 Log Counts Do Not Match

On the dashboard it says:
404 Logs: 96

I have deleted a redirect and now I have the proxy redirect 404'ing

I have deleted this redirect: duoboots.com/us.duoboots.com
which now goes to
http://transportr.io/redirect/99b09741-8590-41c1-b11e-dc34091df041

getting "upload limited to 25,000 redirects" error

i originally tried to upload a .csv file with 36,000 redirects, got this error, then fixed file to have 17,000 redirects, but i'm still getting same error. created a whole new .csv file with 17,000 redirects and still getting this error. what to do??

csv file upload support - Urgent

Secure and non secure destination URL

it looks like links we redirect are going to the secure and non secure version of the site, even though only one redirect is in place. This seems to be causing redirect chains which are undermining our SEO efforts. Can you advise how we can address this concern by only going to a single version of the site?

CSV of 15,00 Redirects Failing

I am attempting to upload a CSV file with just under 15,000 redirects. However, I keep getting an error message saying that the maximum number of redirects that can be uploaded via a single CSV is 25,000. My file is less than 25,000. So what's is the real limit? Or why is the upload failing?

Can't send email notifications to right address

We run an Ecommerce marketing agency (https://keycommerce.com/) and we're trying to change the notifications our Ecom store client gets for their account. We can't change the notification email address, can you assist?

I have almost 5000 redirect but I can't export them.
